Our mission is to help our clients retrieve the over paid funds that the local government has received from the sale of their foreclosed property.  The foreclosed property homeowner does not pay any service fees out of their pocket.  Their payment obligation to Begin Again Brokerage, LLC, occurs only after we have received the funds paid from their local government.  The amount paid to BAB, LLC is 30-40% of the recovered amount of  the overage.
